Pad Thai.
My friends and I met up at Siam Thai Restaurant to discuss the photoshoot for GracieQ. I love thai food so I was quite happy when Malou texted me we were meeting there.
I particularly liked their pad thai and their tofu with cashew nuts. But was utterly disappointed with the bagoong rice and spring rolls (nothing beats Benjarong's bagoong rice). Ah yes, the salad (was it called apple salad?) was also delicious.
Over all, Siam's food is okay. But the service is very slow. So you must have a lot of patience when you dine there.
Still, my friends and I had a grand time there, talking and laughing our hearts out.

Apple salad.
I'm quite difficult to please when it comes to thai food. My standard would be the Benjarong Royal Thai in Dusit and Thai Silk at Serendra. I've been to Thailand, too, and have tried delicious real thai food.
Will I go back to Siam? Yes. At least now, I know what not to order there. *grin* I will definitely order that tofu with cashew nuts again though. It's really delicious, I am even craving for it right now.
Siam is located at the Ground Floor (just beside The Coffee Bean), The Terraces, Ayala Center, Cebu.
