Sharing with you my favorite neighborhood bakery that serves my childhood faves -- cheese bread, spanish bread, and coco bread. They sell ensaymada, too. And our all time favorite, pandesal.
Mana from Heaven is a small bakery inside the St John Bosco Parish in Makati. It is managed and operated by the migrant youth of the Don Bosco Pugad (a center for street children and migrant youth) as part of their livelihood and entrepreneurial skills training.
If you are in the area or if you are attending Mass there, grab some freshly made bread from the bakery.
It is located inside the compound, just beside the Adoration Chapel.
I love bread! I especially miss those mongo ensaymada my grandfather used to bring us from Cebu. Yum!!!
