My friends and I spent our traditional new year's dinner at Sweet Pea. We grabbed the chance to gather while Shadie was in the country for her Christmas break. I loved the food so much, I was already planning to go back even while still dining with my friends that night. Sadly, I never got the chance to visit the place again.
Two weekends ago, CBB and I decided we'd have our little anniv lunch at Sweet Pea.

We had this Sweet & Spicy Schublig with Peppers and Onions (Php 195).
Love all the deep, spicy flavors in this.

I had Pork Belly with house salad (Php 295).
I ordered this the last time and I loved it. But this time, I found it a bit bland.

CBB had Crispy Beef Tapa with house salad (Php 275).
He loved it although he said he prefers the tapa in Max's. *insert rolling eyes here*
I personally love this tapa version. It was well seasoned and I love that it's crispy and dry.

Sweet Pea has a lot of items in their menu. I had a hard time choosing because everything looked absolutely delicious! They've taken comfort food into the next level. And I am loving the homey cozy ambiance. The service was quick and friendly.
Oh, I would love to go back and try their baby back barbeque! :)
