Two weeks ago, I have decided to stop drinking milk and drink soyamilk instead. I had been planning the switch for months now, but had difficulty finding the soyamilk that I like. Until I tasted Silk and discovered that it doesn't have the soya aftertaste (except perhaps, the unflavored one). Above all, it is cholesterol, lactose and dairy-free!
A little family trivia: My youngest sister D had fresh soyamilk when she was a toddler. She was breastfed as an infant and when she turned about one year and a half, Mom gave her fresh soyamilk. I remember bottles of hot soyamilk delivered to us every morning from Miller Hospital. And among the four of us (siblings), D is the healthiest. She doesn't have allergies, she has the most beautiful skin, and she's not (never was) overweight.

Silk® is a perfect choice for your healthy lifestyle. Every drop of our soymilk begins with natural beans grown without genetic engineering right here in North America. Try them in a shake, as a substitute for milk in recipes, or straight up on their own.

I usually take Silk Chocolate with peanut butter sandwich and banana slices and Silk Vanilla with banana topped with peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Some days, I eat my cornflakes with Silk Chocolate. Just perfect!

Silk comes in 946ml and 240ml tetra pak and in different flavors you could choose from -- Original, Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Chocolate, Pure Almond, and Organic Vanilla.
Since drinking soyamilk, I've been feeling a lot lighter. Now, if I could just bring myself to exercise and run again! :D

I LOVE Silk! We've been buying Silk for our household every week since we got married, so that means it's been three years of silky-sweet yumminess! I love the chocolate flavor--it's my daily indulegence, hahaha!
