Small Talk Cafe.

One of my favorite places to eat in Legaspi is Small Talk Cafe, a cozy house-turned-restaurant in the heart of the city. It is known for their pasta and pizza dishes with local flavors. E and I ate there twice during our two-day stay in Legaspi City.

The entrance of the cafe is filled with happy welcoming colors. I absolutely loved it!

The interiors are simple in dark brown tables and chairs. It is spacious & comfortable, charming & homey.

On our first visit, we had late lunch of pasta and pizza.

We ordered Bicol Express Pasta (Php80). Spicy and delicious!
When you visit, you may also want to try their Pasta Mayon, Pasta Pinangat, and Pili Basil Pasta.

Combination Pizza: Cappriciosa and Pizza Bicolana (Php225)
Cappriciosa: pizza with generous toppings of pepperoni, black olives, bacon, mushroom, and capers.
Pizza Bicolana: laing with mushroom, mozzarella, green pepper, and pineapple chunks.

We went back for dinner the following day.

We had Laing. When in Bicol, must order laing!
This is good. But I've actually tasted yummier laing than this.

Grilled Pork Spareribs (Php150). Tender and perfectly seasoned.

Crispy Tilapia (Php105). Fresh and crispy. Simple but absolutely delish.

Bicol Express. I think this comes with one of the dishes. Too salty for me.

We enjoyed every second we spent here. The service is quick and we loved the food. I know that when I visit Legaspi again, I shall drop by Small Talk Cafe and try their other dishes.

Check out their MENU.
