We agreed to meet at Bonifacio High Street, have dinner at The Stock Market, and then have coffee and dessert at Starbucks inside Fully Booked.
It was our first time at The Stock Market. I personally loved the simple, spacious, elegant interiors. There's a homey vibe to this place, too.

Salmon and Spinach Dip with chips, pita, and tuscany bread. (Php350)
This set the tone of the meal. Delicious, creamy, and well-seasoned. We knew immediately that the food here will be delicious.

I think this is chips and fried mozzarella. I can't remember now.
I can't even remember if I liked it or not! Haha.

Stock Market Harvest Salad. (Php 325)
I love the combination of greens, pineapples, bananas, grapes, apples, and caramelized walnuts in this salad. I could eat an entire plate of this. I just found the serving a bit small for its price.

Country-style Pork Ribs. (Php425)
Succulent, tender, and incredibly delicious. I'd go back to The Stock Market for this. I also really like the vinaigrette they use with their salads.

Pork Tenderloin Madness (Php390)
We had too much pork that night because my friend S had pork cravings. This one is absolutely good, too. Tender and grilled to perfection. The turmeric rice was a perfect pair.

Seafood kebab, right? I totally forgot its exact name. But the grilled seafood was fresh. Love all the mixture of spices in this.

Happy to see each other again. We've been friends for more than a decade now. They are my family here in Manila and they are also my constant travel buddies. That's me in green! :D
We had such a pleasant experience at The Stock Market. Service was fast and wonderful. I would love to go back and try other items in their menu.
