Bantayan Island | Blue Ice Bar.

Lunch on our second day at Bantayan Island found us again at the town, and this time we tried The Blue Ice Bar and Restaurant just across Le Petit Bonheur. It was actually almost two in the afternoon and we were starving. All that swimming we did till noon made us very hungry.

We also loved the ambiance at Blue Ice. The decors just remind you that the beach is just around the corner. But like Le Petit, service here is also quite slow. Thankfully, the food was delicious and worth the wait.

Blue Ice specializes in steaks and serves pizza, pasta, seafood, pork chops, and burgers.

The Blue Ice Bar and Restaurant.

Grilled Fish (900 grams) | Php600

It was fresh and delicious with all the spices they put into it.

Stir Fried Veggies | Php165
This is my favorite. I'd go back to Bantayan just for this!

We also had eggplant salad. Sadly, I do not have a picture of it. I guess I was already too hungry when they served it. :D

Love the airy, huge space.

A chess board tucked in one corner customers could use.

I must mention, I do love their plates and spoon & fork.
Simple and heavy (CBB's influence). Yes, love heavy spoon & fork!

From outside, at dusk, Blue Ice looks like this. Beautiful, yes?
