Joy, E, and I loved it there! We particularly loved their siopao!

Roberto's is a small restaurant in the heart of downtown Iloilo.
They are famous for their burgers and siopao.
The place is always full. Even the queue at the take-out counter is always long.

I absolutely loved their Bola-Bola on Sticks.
Delicious and crunchy, how bola-bola should be.

The Sotanghon was good although I've tasted yummier ones.

Of course, we ordered fried chicken because my friend E and I love fried chicken!

We tried Roberto's King -- siopao with chinese sausage,
chicken & pork adobo, and egg. There's a little bit of sauce in this.
My friend E liked it a lot. I prefer my siopao dry though.

And this is what we went to Roberto's for -- The Queen.
This siopao is huge, perhaps, as big as my face! :D
I prefer this one than the King. The Queen has bacon!

Our server that day at Roberto's gave better service than Sarabia Hotel's front office staff.
We stayed at Sarabia the entire weekend and we were utterly disappointed.
I have stayed in many hotels in the Philippines (and in other countries),
but Sarabia really has the worst customer service.
Going back to Roberto's, this place is a must-visit when you are in Iloilo.
And don't forget to try The Queen.
. . . . .
